What's Up This Month on the New Jersey Coast

Volume 2, Number 4, page 5

New Vinyl Breakdown 2001 (continued from page 4)
Listen up for a guest performance from BOC guitarist Donald "Buck Dharma" Roeser on the track "Storm Chaser". The Brick-based Zvoncheck was known for bringing a spacier, more synth-textured landscape to Cult keyboard dimensions once provided by Allen Lanier, so listen for said cosmically rockin' dynamics on his upcoming 'ZKG' in cuts like 'Infratech' and "The Evil that lurks within". To Hear or Purchase ZKG, visit www.zkgmusic.com !

And about Those "Park Sound Kids",

In an electronic rockogram from Cole Bryce out on the Est Coast, we hear Saints/Think drummer Sara Tomeck was out in Hollywood recently & met with producer Steve Evetts (Sepultura, Amen, Phantom's Opera, Vanilla Ice, Etc.). The Cole-man also tells us his new bosses at Song Haus Music are releasing a compilation of live gigs by Brian Saint & the Sinners, recorded on one of those strange n' crazy nights down at The MoonRock,  so stay TOONED,

Andd..dd, it's a NJCoast.Com SCOOP on: "The 1ST Annual Aquarian Weekly Compilation'!? Talk about a CD of CDs, get set for the forthcoming first Band Comp released by The venerable Aquarian Weekly/EC Rocker…Say 'Its About Time", as our sources tell us it will consist of 10 national acts and 10 Locals, and its release is set to fly this July 4th;.And rumor has it they're still accepting Local Submissions….

And watch for the official Return to The Scene this month of Shore Punkrock mainstays Dirty Johnny: They'll be kicking it up at The Broadway Central Friday Mar 30th, w/Mojo LoveDog and The Tokyo, and The Dirty One tells us they'll be showcasing for Atlantic Records in the near future..Expect big things from these dudes, and check out their new release too! Music and
Entertainment
Expo

A Music and Entertainment Expo will be held at the New Jersey Convention and  Exposition Center on April 28_29, 2001. Midway Productions, Inc., promoters of the event, are currently looking to get the word out to potential exhibitors as well as attendees.

"There are many opportunities available for everyone," says John Torre,  president of Midway. "For exhibitors, it's a chance to show their goods and services to the practicing musicians and industry professionals in the New York _ New Jersey metropolitan area. For musicians and music enthusiasts, it's a chance to get some great deals on gear, studio time or online  services."
