What's Up This Month on the New Jersey Coast

Volume 2, Number 4, page 7

Ask Bobby (anything)
This month's question comes from a French woman residing in Sea Bright. A  Ms. Ima Dumay woke up on St. Paddy's and asked, "What the heck is this thing sitting in my back yard?" Well, it just so happens Ms. Dumay I happen to live in the same building as you and know the history and story behind the large green thing in the yard (that is actually me with the brown jacket on, but don't get confused with last month's column)  each year on St. Patrick's Day Mrs. Moureen O'Hurlachunk followed a tradition of cooking a huge meatloaf for the poor of Monmouth County. In the spirit of the holiday she uses a green food dye to make it a beautiful Irish green. In a sad related story, Mr. Tommy Finnigan caught fire and died after lighting an after dinner cigar. It seems this year Mrs. O'Hurlachunk ran out of green food die and finished dying the meatloaf with anti freeze. It seems Mr. Finnigan had a large portion of the meatloaf and it proved to be his undoing. So now you know the story. talk to you next month Bobby!

Music and
Entertainment
Expo

(continued from page 6)

There will also be a full_schedule of events taking place on the main stage at the Music and Entertainment Expo.  Highlighting the day on Saturday,  April 28, will be a special appearance by legendary guitarist Les Paul.  Being billed as "A Conversation With Les Paul," Les will conduct a seminar, Q& A session, and maybe even sign some autographs.
