Pezheads and VH-1 (continued from page 2) The experience differed from their club gigs.  They still were able to deliver the goods to the TV audience with their usual energy and rawness.  "Being on a TV game show in that atmosphere wasn't like you were performing," said Tuttle. "It was kind of like an SAT."

 The band has changed two members since the tapping. Guitarist Rich Sanger was replaced with Jason Jack and drummer/singer Joey Dawson was replaced with Gino Gambino. No affiliation to the famous crime family.

 The bands continues their steady weekend gigs playing at places like the Edge of Town in Farmingdale and the Speakeasy in Belleville. Their shows are upbeat with constant movement on the dance floor.  If you're there to listen you'll be treated to Tuttle's smooth voice with well-placed rasp sung over spunky strings/keys and a solid rhythm section.

Summer days are growing shorter and in my world that's a bittersweet realization. On the one hand, the success of my tomato plants depends on the virility of the long days, as

does my tan. On the other hand, shorter days mean longer nights.
