other worthy cause relating to the tragedy of September 11th, but then I read how other charities are not getting donations because of everyone donating to that cause and I thought of needy children without presents this holiday season.  Toys for Tots then became the obvious choice."

Unfolding the Reconstruction
Plans for Asbury Park

(continued from page 16)
As a follow up to the Asbury redevelopment story, we attended the council meting on December 5, 2001 and found that no firm date was decided upon for the next public forum to discuss the redevelopment of Asbury Park The develop (at the time of the meeting) was not expected to return modified plans until Dec 15 (apx) and the council felt t needed time to study them before making a public presentation. The council will hold it next meeting on January 2nd and a date should be decided on then.

In addition to the next public forum, the council voted on an item entitled Emanate Domain. What this issue included seemed a bit blurry to me, but It appeared to be a reaffirmation of the original Emanate Domain proposal adopted for the 1st reconstruction attempt.
