The Dogs of War 2000 also welcomed the return of Rachel to the scene after a gig as wardrobe manager for Weird Al Yankovic. To put it quite simply, this girl
rocks, her performance at the benefit left no indication that she had been away from the NJCoast music scene at all
Other surprises included Mike Grau, ever the musical chameleon, presented a different side of himself as he took to the piano to deliver some heavy balladry with a
little angst thrown in for good measure in a band called the Dead Pony Cats. He later picked up his guitar again to perform with the Marbles.
