Lord Michael was a club DJ for several years, during the early 90's; In '94 he formed the Electro-theatrical band Okra w/partner CJ. Okra shared stages w/major acts like Spahn Ranch, Hate Dept. and Switchblade Symphony, but soon after their 1999 debut album 'Okra, The Angels, Devils & Us", Okra disbanded and Michael founded the all-electronic synthpop unit Severed Circle, and has since re-united w/the in-your-face Morrison Meets Manson vocal attack of the ever-explosive CJ, so this new Switch should be a Musical Killer!

Greg Salimeri leaves open mic

I wandered in to the Internet Cafe‚ last week to cover their Sunday Night open mic. Greg Salmieri who has been hosting the event for the last year is passing the M.C. baton in a few weeks when he leaves for school in Pittsburgh PA.
