Nova Terra - New Brunswick

Walking into Nova Terra, you may very well be struck with the feeling that here, in fact, looks are everything.  This Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, located in the heart of New Brunswick at 78 Albany Street, is in all respects a very good-looking establishment.  The modern décor is sleek, complete with dim lighting and a palm tree right in the middle of the bar; the presentation of food and drinks is as important as the content; the clientele is dressed to kill.

At nine-thirty PM on a Friday, early for New Brunswick nightlife, the restaurant and bar are both in full swing, crowded but just short of uncomfortably so.  The service is efficient, friendly and accommodating, which is especially important here as the headings and some of the items on the menu are in Spanish.
